On the temperature of pasta
Pasta that's cooked al dente and then served hot is perfetto. Pasta that's cooked al dente and then served cold is a disgrace.

Common employment agreement clause
The clause "Maintain a professional approach when administering and/or making changes to customer property" was recently seen in an employment agreement.
What would it really mean if such a line was found in, say, a stripper's contract?
